Q) Which platforms support LogicTree IT Solutions mobile apps?

A) LogicTree IT Solutions mobile apps are supported on the following platforms: Apple, Android and Windows.

Q) What is the turnaround time to have a branded app published in all 3 app stores (Apple, Android and Windows)?

A) Turnaround time is approximately 4 - 6 weeks – and most of that time is devoted to the approval process by the app stores (up to five weeks). Our mobile app development team works quickly and we typically submit your mobile app to the app stores 3 - 4 days after receiving your preferred images.

Q) What's a branded mobile app?

A) Branding is a way of customizing the look of your mobile app. We brand your app so that it is published in the app stores with your organization’s name, description and custom app icon.

Q) Is there a fee for the branded mobile app?

A) Yes, there is a one-time set-up and publishing fee for branding your mobile app in each of the app stores. You’ll see this fee outlined in the pricing for each LogicTree IT app under mobile platforms. We’re confident that you’ll find it’s a great deal for a branded mobile app, thanks to our unique, flexible mobile app platform development process.

Q) What if I'm not ready for a branded mobile app? Is there another option for creating a mobile app?

A) Yes. You have the option of having a non-branded mobile app that is listed in the directory of our Platform App and can be chosen as a favorite by app users.

Q) Is there a set-up fee for the non-branded mobile app?

A) No. The set-up fee applies only to branded mobile apps.

Q) Do I need to contact a developer to change the content on my mobile app?

A) No, we’ve made things simple, even for those who consider themselves to be non-technical. You are in full control of the content and images that are published on your mobile app. You may edit content simply by using your system’s dashboard. The app system allows you the flexibility to change graphics, button names and the order in which they are displayed.

Q) Can I see an example of how the LogicTreeIT app works?

A) Sure! From your Android, Apple or Windows app store, search and download the free LogicTreeIT mobile app. This app displays most of the features available on our apps, as well as an optional  “banner ad” that is available for your mobile app sponsors.

Q) I’m looking for a function that I don’t see on your mobile app. Can you customize something for me?

A) While you’ll find a robust menu of standard functions, we can create features exclusively for your app at an additional cost. We’ll work with you to fit your needs and budget. Please contact us to discuss any additional functions you have in mind.
